State Leadership Development Coach through the Division of Elementary & Secondary Education, State of Arkansas
Crystal Green-Braswell is an experienced educational leader who currently works as a State Leadership Development Coach in Arkansas. She has held various positions in education, including Academic Achievement Specialist and Assistant Principal. She is a contributing author of The School Wellness Wheel and is passionate about enhancing educational systems. Ms. Green-Braswell has attained a Bachelor of Science, a Masters of Arts, and a Specialist in Educational Leadership. In addition to her theoretical knowledge, she practices holistic wellness and is currently working on a certification in that field. She is dedicated to changing the world one educator at a time and is the proud parent of an adult son.
Don Porter
Assistant Principal, Cloverdale Middle School in Arkansas
Don Porter is an experienced educational leader from Little Rock, Arkansas, with a passion for impacting the lives of others. He has collaborated with instructional leaders to create the College, Career, and Civic Life (C3) framework and served on the 2014 Arkansas Social Studies Curriculum Framework standards revision committee. Mr. Porter's work is centered on growing learners who become leaders and creating a culture for learning within schools. He is currently the Student Achievement and Intervention Specialist at Cloverdale Middle School and has been named the principal of Dr. Marion G. Lacey K-8 Academy. Mr. Porter is happily married with two daughters and hopes to see every school transformed into a place where every child and staff member feels at home.
