Webinar: Understanding Learner Variability

The Key to Teacher Satisfaction & Student Success

Retaining strong teachers and building their self-efficacy is more important than ever. With a renewed focus on improving student academic outcomes, it is imperative that we arm teachers with the tools to quickly see and address the various learner profiles in their classroom.

Digital Promise’s Learner Variability Project and MindPrint Learning have partnered to study how teachers’ ability to understand and address learner variability impacts teacher self-efficacy and, ultimately, student outcomes.

Early results are promising, with students showing growth in both Math and Reading achievement and teachers showing an increase in perceived self-efficacy.

Watch this pre-recorded webinar to learn:
  • What the research says about the link between teacher self-efficacy and student outcomes
  • Why understanding learner variability is key to improving teacher self-efficacy
  • The amount of professional development (hint: it’s very small!) required to make a big difference in teacher mindsets and behaviors
